Graphical Rendering | Community Development Project

RootBound was tasked with the graphical rendering of an up-and-coming development in the St. Joseph area. Once the site of a golf course, Berrien Hills, the developers were tasked with organizing a space that included condos, apartments, residential homes, and commercial entertaining space. RootBound took the schematic plan from the planners, Abonmarche, and provided a graphical rendering which portrayed the project design goals.
