With this service, I am happy to continue working with contractors you already trust, or I can help source and vet new professionals as needed. I conduct monthly site visits to evaluate property conditions, identify potential concerns, and ensure maintenance work is meeting expectations. Three of these visits each year include a lead designer, providing an additional layer of expert review and design-focused insight.
