With this service, we are happy to continue working with contractors you already trust, or we can help source and vet new professionals as needed. We conduct monthly site visits to evaluate property conditions, identify potential concerns, and ensure maintenance work is meeting expectations. Three of these visits each year include a lead designer, providing an additional layer of expert review and design-focused insight.
