Scope of Services
Site Visits
Regular site visits are conducted throughout the season, typically once per month from February 15 through December 15. Three of these visits include a lead designer, providing an additional level of evaluation and expert oversight.
During each visit, detailed notes and photographs are collected and archived to document the property's condition and progress throughout the year. Plant health is observed for potential issues or pests. Following the visit, you will receive a comprehensive report outlining the current state of the landscape and any recommendations.
These site visits also serve as an opportunity to monitor the performance and quality of work provided by maintenance contractors, ensuring all services are being completed to RootBound’s standards and your expectations.
Contract Management
RootBound manages all maintenance-related contracts for your property, including landscape care, lawn mowing, pool maintenance, irrigation, outdoor kitchen maintenance, lighting, winterizations, and more! From gutters to grass, we oversee every aspect of your outdoor environment to ensure it remains beautiful, functional, and well-maintained.
We're happy to continue working with contractors you already know and trust, or we can help source qualified service providers as needed. RootBound serves as your single point of contact, handling all communication, scheduling, and coordination with maintenance contractors on your behalf.
