MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Take the correspondence, budgeting, and hassle out of maintaining your property. With this service, RootBound will manage all contracts with contractors (pool maintenance, landscape maintenance, lawn mowing, etc.). Bring your own contractors for maintenance you currently are happy with, or I can assist in finding new referrals. I will meet with you twice during the growing season to discuss needs and concerns. Site visits will occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly to assess the property. Three of those visits, one in spring, summer & fall, will be accompanied by a lead designer for additional critique. Each visit is followed up by a report sharing the state of the property and any recommendations. Each site is unique with a variety of needs. This service addresses those needs so that you can reap the most benefit out of your landscape.
